All items are shipped only via UPS ground. We only ship to locations in the United States. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipping. Please see our shipping policy, here.
We accept all major credit cards processed securely through Stripe. All payments will appear as RAINBOW PROMOTIONS on your bank statement.
We only accept returns for items requiring a fit for size: skirts, jackets, vests, and pants. All other items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange as these are unique one of a kind custom items. View our complete return policy here.
Currently we are not offering jackets, vests, skirts or pants online to avoid sizing issues. These items have been reserved for our booths at local craft fairs.
Yes! Much of our work involves customizing items with monograms or specific themes. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific needs.
