Return and Refund Policy

We only accept returns for items requiring a fit for size: skirts, jackets, vests, and pants.
All other items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange as these are unique one of a kind custom items.

If you wish to return a size-specific item, please email us at [email protected] within 21 days of your order delivery date.

Return Guidelines

• Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery for eligible items (skirts, jackets, vests, and pants only).
• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.
• Your return package must be shipped back within the 21-day return window. Returns sent after this period will be processed as store credit only.
• Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• All items other than skirts, jackets, vests, and pants are final sale.
• This includes accessories, and sale items (regardless of promotional codes or coupons).
• Gift cards and store credit are non-refundable and final sale.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your order date for eligible items requiring a fit for size. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.

Important Notes

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Shipping and handling fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
• Returns and exchanges are available for U.S. orders only. International orders are not eligible.
