Shipping Information

Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days.

Custom, made-to-order items may take 2-3 weeks to ship, depending on the complexity of the work.

During promotional sales, shipping times may be slightly delayed.

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Once the carrier has possession of your package, we are no longer responsible for delivery.

If a package is lost or delayed, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact UPS directly and file a claim using the provided tracking information.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses and cannot provide refunds or replacements in these cases.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable for returned orders.

Hawaii and Alaska: Shipping times may be longer than usual for customers in these regions.

Note: Once your order is shipped, we cannot guarantee carrier delivery times.
